Got my 20 2016 Nissan leaf tenant all the way around excellent job no issues at a perfect time. They mentioned that it would take a little bit longer, but it was actually done and two hours before versus four hours.

I had a great experience at Carsology. They explained the options I had and how each one worked. I ultimately upgraded my tints to the KoolMax Supreme Ceramic because I wanted the heat reducing technology and less purplish hue to my tints. My car looks great! Thank you.

I have had 4 cars tinted by Carsology- the first was when the business was still home-based and the quality and professionalism has only improved. My oldest car has had carbon and ceramic tints for about 2 years now and no bubbling has occurred. Throughout the hot summers in direct heat and in freezing temperatures the tint has held perfectly. About anyone can stick a piece of film on your car and call it “quality” but Carsology goes the extra mile in prep and practice to ensure you have full coverage- AND life-time warranty?! Great place!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!I am beyond pissed off with how I was treated here. I gave this business a chance, spent good money with them, and in return they showed me exactly how little they value a customer's time, money, or repeat business.I originally brought my Dodge Charger here for tint. The first visit went smoothly. It was expensive, but I paid it and had no complaints. Then I found out I needed the tint temporarily removed for an inspection and planned to have it put right back on afterward.They wanted $150 TO REMOVE TINT that took me about 15 MINUTES to remove myself.Fine. I removed it.Then I'm told they STILL want $150 just to clean the windows before charging me another $300 to tint the car AGAIN.Are you kidding me?We're talking about approximately $750 IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS going to the SAME SHOP for tint, removal/cleaning, and tinting the SAME CAR again.I explained the situation and tried to reason with them as a repeat customer who had literally JUST spent money there. Their big solution? $75 off.At that point I was frustrated, but I STILL AGREED TO PAY IT because I wanted this ordeal over with.So I LEFT WORK EARLY, drove my car there, dropped it off, and PAID FOR AN UBER HOME.And here's the part that absolutely sent me over the edge:WHILE I'M ALREADY IN THE UBER HEADING HOME, HE CALLS ME TO SAY HE'S NOT GOING TO DO THE CAR BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME!WHAT?!You couldn't tell me that BEFORE I LEFT WORK EARLY?You couldn't tell me that BEFORE I DROPPED OFF MY CAR?You couldn't tell me that BEFORE I PAID FOR AN UBER AND WAS ALREADY ON MY WAY HOME?That is an absolutely ridiculous way to treat someone's time.I bent over backwards trying to work with this business. I was even willing to swallow what I considered an outrageous amount of money just to get the job done. Instead, I ended up losing time from work, paying extra transportation costs, and having my entire afternoon disrupted—only to be told AFTER I LEFT that they weren't doing the job.UNBELIEVABLE.What makes me the angriest isn't even just the money. It's the complete lack of consideration for a customer's time. If you don't have time to do the job, DON'T ACCEPT THE CAR AND LET THE CUSTOMER LEAVE.I will NEVER bring another vehicle here.There are plenty of tint shops that would be happy to take your money AND respect your time.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR: FIND ONE OF THEM.

Overall great place. I'm glad I went here to get my windows tinted. A lot happened with mine in particular but the team helped throughout the entire process despite unfortunate circumstances.I originally scheduled an appointment for the first stage ceramic tint, when I arrived they told me they unfortunately sold out of the film type I was looking for but they gave me a great deal on the highest end ceramic film they carry.Once they finished with the tint I noticed an accident with the door card which I brought up to the manager there. He was extremely sorry for the damage and offered multiple methods that they would be able to provide in order to correct the damage. Once we settled on the correction, it got resolved and looks brand new. Accidents happen but the way they handled it here was very professional.After the settle in time for the tint, I noticed that there were bubbles in 2 windows. I called the team back then rescheduled the fix on the windows with bubbles. They corrected it with no hesitation and apologized for the inconvenience. They owned up to the mistake and correct it no questions asked.In the end, I would take my other cars back here. The team was very responsible, showed immense accountability for their work and I had no barriers with working through corrections. Many places give me push back but this place was respectful to me and ultimately did the work I was looking for all while refunding me back my deposit.
